CF Spring Retreat 2026

CFRI's CF Spring Retreat will take place at the beautiful El Retiro Retreat Center in Los Altos, California, from Monday, April 6, to Friday, April 10, 2026. This annual retreat was created to provide people who share common experiences with CF the opportunity to come together and enhance their social support network through fun activities, art, support groups, educational presentations, and more. People living with CF (18 years or older) and their family members or friends can attend. We ask that family members and friends attend with their friend/ loved one with CF. The retreat offers educational presentations by CF experts and special guests, as well as daily exercise, arts and crafts, games, support group sessions, and much more.

Registration for in-person attendees is $85/night for accommodations and $25/day for meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Registration for online participants is free.

In-person attendees with CF must submit a Medical Release Form and Cross Infection Liability & Release Form before the retreat.

All attendees must abide by CFRI's Hygiene Guidelines.

A schedule of events and the link to join will be emailed to attendees prior to retreat.
